In recent years, with the development of computer technology applying in automobile detection system, automobile detection is much more automatic, which makes automobile detection speedily and effective, as well as provides a lot of new methods for automobile detection station.This paper detailed analyzes the work way of the existing line of automobile detection line computer control system as well as the principle of automobile detection equipment, and on this basis, combined with modern monitoring and control technology and network technology, builds the automobile detection line computer control system model that based on CAN bus technology and embedded systems technology. The control system breaks the overall structure of the traditional star-shaped serial communication, using the popular CAN bus structure. According to the characteristics of the detection projects and work methods, this paper identifies the type of detection equipment of automobile detection line, and standardizes the layout of automobile detection line, and detailed introduces the hardware design and software design of CAN bus position node. The layout of the entire system is more reasonable, and the communication speed is greatly improved, accuracy as well as convenient and efficient management has important theoretical significance and application value.
