The Research Of Older Health Monitoring System Based On Zigbee

In recent years, the development of wireless technology is rapid, and its application gradually transform from military to civilian. All kinds of wireless technology standard produce with the development of science, such as:Wi-Fi, ZigBee, and Bluetooth. With the development of wireless technology, a new research area that is wireless sensor network has become the hot subject. The combination of sensor technology with wireless technology provides a platform for Remote health monitoring.In this paper, embedded system, wireless sensor network, ZigBee and computer technology are consist of the whole system. Take the TI Company as a example, it design a system of monitoring elder health, and the core processor of this system is CC2430. The sample signals of the monitoring system are elder blood pressure, pulse, temperature and the signal of tumble. Then through ZigBee wireless network transmitted collected information to gateway node, gateway node through serial port send data to monitoring stations, monitoring software can real-time show and memory collected information. This system can be deployed in the house and nursing homes or other places, through analyze topological structure of ZigBee network topology, coverage of network and the flexibility of network to establish star topological structure of network in house, and to use tree topological structure of network in geracomium.The whole system can be divided into physical parameter acquisition module, fall detection module, routing node module, gateway node module and PC monitoring software module. In which the sensor of fall detection module is digital three axis acceleration sensor ADXL345, it according to the change of acceleration in the process of tumble as the judgment basis of tumble, and to realize the detection algorithm of stumbling by using interrupt function and motion detection function of ADXL345. Through analyze several routing algorithm of ZigBee to improve these algorithms, in this paper there mainly use Cluster-tree+AODVjr routing algorithm. In the last of this paper, this section researched agreement software architecture of ZigBee then realized the establishment of ZigBee network and the software design of each network node.
