With the Museum of information construction work flourished, China's museums give full play to the advantages of information technology, the use of computer technology for information collection, processing, preservation and application. Management, protection, and make good use of museum collections is a very important part in the museum, the collection of cultural relics due to its scarcity will inevitably become the most precious resource in the museum collections. Fully utilized for better protection of cultural relics collection, the digitization of the collection of cultural relics and manage their data as necessary. Three-dimensional reconstruction to obtain high-precision3D data only for the collection of cultural relics, including the collection of cultural relics point cloud model of collections of cultural relics, cultural relics collection, texture3D data in order to truly meet the needs of heritage conservation and research. But the status of the digital collections of cultural relics in China as follows:the urgent need to develop standards and specifications of the program and outcome data for the implementation of the digitized collections of cultural relics; our museum due to historical reasons have long been a passive old mode of operation constraints, and its development always lags behind the development of science and technology, as the majority of national quality of the service objects of the museum and cultural needs of the improvement also requires museums to speed up the construction of digital, the introduction of building an advanced information management system.In this paper, according to the status and difficulties of the above of museum management, the characteristics of the collection of cultural relics data, combined with the basic requirements of digital cultural relics archaeological data processing, this research has described theories and methods for the3D data acquisition of the collection of cultural relics in the three-dimensional scanning technology,3D modeling, texture mapping and archaeological data. This paper focuses on the difficulty of3D data acquisition in the process of digitization of the collection of cultural relics, and proposes a feasible solution. Collection of cultural relics3D data management system in line with the importance of data, emphasizing the collection of relics of the philosophy of technology, services, applications,3D data management system design and construction. Data collection, data indexing and database structure design work together to achieve the collections of cultural relics3D data management system. Collection of cultural relics3D data management system from a structural framework, the framework of key technologies, functional framework for the design of the overall system framework; collection of cultural relics3D data management system based on BS structure, the system includes a user management module, the Heritage Data Management module, heritage data retrieval and browsing module, the system management module.The research methods of this study has pertinence, scientific and the effectiveness of solving practical problems. This paper thinks management information systems as the main line, starting from the needs analysis, expanding the statement from the overall design, sub-module functional design and system integration. This paper achieved the following results:(1) Intelligence theory is applied to the digital management of the collection of cultural relics, and the selected topic is a good attempt to expand the production and application of the professional;(2) The establishment of cultural relics management for the purpose of3D data metadata description method can achieve the classification of cultural relics in the management, statistics, computing, query and so on.(3) It has designed and implemented the cultural relics collection of3D data management system.Practical operability and cross-disciplinary integration are the features of this article.
