Research And Analysis On Collection Management System Of Zunyi County Cultural Relics Bureau

China is one of the four ancient civilizations, has a long history, spread so far the number of objects is very much, but China’s cultural relics to be registered with the management of backward in the western developed countries, therefore face the quantity huge can move artifacts and hand registration and the low efficiency of management, urgent need of information management tools to improve management level, but also improve the safety of the cultural relics management is an important content.30 towns and villages in Zunyi county area, area of about 3400 square kilometers, the management area is large, the shortage of funds. Coupled with the lagging of management methods, in the collections of cultural relics of the registration, registration required contents, workload. On the cultural relics collection archives management work, need to manage file number, consuming time and money, the consumption of people. Design and development of collection information management system for China’s county level cultural relics management work has important significance.This paper mainly of Zunyi County Bureau of cultural relics collection management system project background and similar system application status are analyzed, divide the system as a heritage registration, collection, collection restoration, storehouse, system management, user management six modules, respectively for each module of the existing business of analysis and refining the business process optimization, in functional analysis and user roles are analyzed, through the use case diagram and package diagram detailed expounds the system function in the data analysis process using the class diagram, entity relationship diagram, and design the relationship described. At the end of the thesis is summarized and the future research is prospected.
