Study Of Cultural Relics Information Collection System Based On Mobile GIS

With the rapid development of computer technology and mobile GIS Technology，theapplication based on mobile GIS, GPS and Embedded development technology in datainformation collection is more and more mature. Aiming at the traditional way inunmovablecultural relics data rapid acquisition and data fast import to database insatiable the applicationrequirements,the study of cultural relics information collection system based on mobile GIShas become an effective means to solve the problem. In recent years, the state putted forwardthe requirement of constructing a national platform in unmovable cultural relics Spatialvisualization and integrated management. In order to realize the targets of paperless,efficientand accurate in cultural relics general survey, researching on using mobile GIS technology inthe application of cultural information collecting is a scientific and effective means.Researched on the existing methods of data collection, combined with cultural relicinformation collection features and application requirements, the paper proposed the solutionof cultural relic information collection which based on the mobile GIS technology. To beginwith, the thesis analyzed the popular solution of data collection based on mobile GIS, thenintroduced the theory and technique background such as GIS,GPS and mobile GIS. On thisbasis, started from the existing problems of the traditional cultural relics informationcollection, combined with the applied advantages of mobile GIS in data collection,analyzedthe requirement of cultural relics information collection system, designed mobiledevice, system framework and function models.The system of cultural relics information collection based on mobile GIS, changed thetraditional way of unmovable cultural relics information collection, effectively realizedinformation collection in spatial information and attribute information of a relic, realized thepurposes of advancing the efficiency of cultural relics information collection and importing collection data to database fast. The system of cultural relics information collection based onmobile GIS is an effective application in unmovable cultural relics information collection,which has been greatly improved the cultural relics survey efficiency and technical level,achieved the anticipated goals.
