| Television can be considered as a culture agent. When it organizes culture contents in special ways, we call this phenomenon Television Culture. In broad view, Television Culture contains three aspects:material, spiritual and institutional, which could also be known as television material culture, television spiritual culture and television institutional culture. Television Culture's development is influenced by different outer factors which are called as Environment of Television Culture overall. The environment could be divided two parts generally:internal and external. The inner part contains the institution of TV station, program formats, structure of organization and outer part involves policy environment, competition among Medias, economic and social environment.The Television Culture of Wuhan city circle not only shoulders disseminating function or guides the public voice, but also affects the regional economic and social development of the city circle. So there is a close relationship between the development of Television Culture and the construction of city circle. Wuhan city circle, as an experimental site of comprehensively reforming into resource-conserving and environment-friendly society in our country, could be a nationwide model and demonstration of special developmental pattern in middle China, therefore the study on Television Culture of Wuhan city circle has significant meanings.Through the aspects of cultural and historical environment, social living environment, economic environment, media environment and television culture constructing, this article will systematically analyze the features and conditions of television media. By the analysis, this paper will conclude the law of television media development, forecast the development tendency, and discover the problems in progress. Based on these results, there would be a boost for media cooperating and coalescing and an elevation of television media status in the competition among city circle Medias. |
