The Research Of Knowledge Services For Farmers' Needs

With the deepening of China's agricultural information technology, agriculture and stable development, constantly improving the quality of rural life, the steady growth of farmers'income, the "three rural" issues have been effectively improved agricultural production has shown a good momentum of development. More and more farmers are beginning to realize the importance of agricultural information, information on growing awareness of the basic coverage of the information infrastructure to provide farmers with more agricultural access to information. The face of intense domestic and international competition in the market of agricultural products, China's agricultural industry development efforts need to continue to increase. As an important support factor for the development of agricultural industrialization, the level of agricultural information services in the new situation also need to make improvements and enhance the services requires further refinement of services should gradually shift to agricultural knowledge from the Agricultural Information.Based on the current status quo of China's agricultural development, analysis of the characteristics of the farmers'demand for agricultural information, summed up the characteristics of the farmers for the changing needs of agricultural knowledge, agricultural knowledge needs, and be classified according to different demand influencing factors on agricultural knowledge, and knowledge services theory, summed up the general pattern of knowledge services for the needs of farmers'knowledge, and thus asked the agricultural knowledge centers to serve primarily the main agricultural knowledge service model.The main contents of the paper include (1) farmers'knowledge needs analysis, the factors affecting fanners'knowledge needs, analysis of the general laws of the farmers' knowledge needs, summarizes the characteristics of farmers'knowledge needs, thus reasonable proposed direction of the development and strategies of agricultural knowledge services (2) induction and innovation of the agricultural knowledge service model, service model based on existing knowledge, combined with the status quo of China's agricultural knowledge service, summed up the general pattern of agricultural knowledge services the general pattern of agricultural knowledge services, and explore the agricultural knowledge centers to serve primarily the main agricultural knowledge service model.Agricultural knowledge services for the needs of farmers'knowledge is one of the important support of China's new socialist countryside construction, and quality of agricultural knowledge service model determines the level of the level and quality of agricultural information services.
