At present, China's agriculture is in a great-leap-forward development from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. Agricultural science and technology innovation has increasingly become the key to agricultural modernization, and also been the fundamental driving force of agricultural development. In order to accelerate the agricultural science and technology innovation, it must strengthen the team-building of agricultural scientific and technical personnel, and cultivate high-level talents especially elites in agricultural science and technology. Agriculture digital library plays a supportive role in providing knowledge services for researchers and accelerating the agricultural science and technology innovation. The building of knowledge warehouse in agriculture digital library can help users process information flexibly, refine knowledge, communicate and cooperate, and finally be useful for knowledge discovery and innovation.Based on the theory and building technology of knowledge warehouse and referenced the latest research of knowledge warehouse at home and abroad, the thesis studied the Chinese agriculture digital library and analyzed the needs and functions, and on this basis designed the macrostructure and microstructure of the knowledge warehouse.The thesis is divided into six parts: Part 1 introduced the research background, research objective and contents, research methods and ideas, and described the structure of the thesis; Part 2 described the basic theory and relative technologies of knowledge warehouse; Part 3 investigated the resources and services of Chinese agriculture digital library, and analyzed the needs and functions for the construction of knowledge warehouse; Part 4 and Part 5 are both the focus of the thesis, and respectively introduced the macro and micro structure design of knowledge warehouse:â‘ The macrostructure included basic knowledge database layer, knowledge layer and knowledge service layer, focusing on the realization ideas of library resources classification, cross-database searching and knowledge push. Basic knowledge database layer classified the resources from two aspects, respectively, the resource type and characteristics of agricultural disciplines; knowledge service layer achieved the control of key words with the help of Thesaurus of Agricultural Science;â‘¡Part 5 firstly studied the methods of knowledge extraction at home and abroad, and then focused on the design of the knowledge element extraction and indexing system, which included data conversion module, word segmentation module, knowledge element extraction and indexing module, finally analyzed one piece of paper in "Chinese Agricultural Science" according to knowledge element extraction process. On this basis, it discussed knowledge link model, including the literature link and knowledge element link; Part 6 is the summary and outlook, and presented research deficiencies.Using literature analysis, social investigation, induction and deduction approach, this thesis studied the situation of Chinese agriculture digital library and accomplished the design of macro and micro structure, which has some reference value and theoretical guiding significance on knowledge warehouse-building of agriculture digital library besides academic value.
