Based On Net Procuratorate File Management System Design And Implementation

Nowadays, with the increasing of the files of Procuratorate, as well as the changing of the file types, the traditional manual file management cannot meet the managers'daily needs. At the same time, computer technology and digital file management technology matures, the Public Prosecutor's Office is currently competent enough to file management.As a special file, Procuratorate file has its own unique collection, identification, classification, storage methods. This collection of common file management system's general characteristics, and put these characteristics in the Procuratorate file management, making it in the security and usability greatly improved. At the same time, pay more attention to the traditional Procuratorate file management workflow, work habits, and combine the strengths of the hand-to-manage and computer management, as far as possible friendly interface, simple steps, making the operation more simple and convenient.In this paper, it descript the brief background of the management of the Prosecutor files, and introduced present situation of the file management in the world, analyses its development future in China and made some advices. Then the article describes some precautions of the current work in Procuratorate records management, including a detailed description of the Procuratorate archives collection and sorting of files, identification and storage files, retrieval, use and service, editing and research and statistical methods.On these foundations, the paper further Procuratorate file management system requirements are analyzed, including the procuratorate file management processes, management methods. In the following, Design this sub-module of the system, including system process design, function module design and system interface design, and use Microsoft SQL Server2005 database to format a preliminary design. Based on this design, the author using Visual Studio2008 integrated development environment and Microsoft SQL Server2005 database and three-tier system to develop this system, the need for product development after the completion of a series of tests, and continue to make changes and return testing to ensure system reliability and functional integrity of the end of the article the author describes in detail the content and software testing results.The system has been on the Windows platform integrated with Microsoft Visual Studio2008 development environment and Microsoft SQL Server2005 database implementation, and verification system run by the example of speed and accuracy. Currently, the system has been successfully applied to a Procuratorate office, to help the hospital staff to deal with file management.
