Design And Implementation Of Digital Archives Management System

Archives is the accumulation of real historical documents that directly formedand also the important original source of information. Along with the rapiddevelopment of modern information technology, archives management work hasentered into new period of systematic electronic document management from thetraditional paper file save. Meanwhile, information construction of higher institutionpromotes constantly and digital archives becomes an important part of higherinstitution digital information. Therefore, combing with constant development ofvarious new technologies and continuously promotion of various digital products, andby the creation of more efficient, more stable and more convenient digital archivemanagement platform can help the higher institution reach a new stage in theinformation construction process.The system adopts the C/S、B/S system architecture design. The developmenttool uses the VS2010. The database uses the SQL Server implementation and cascadedevelopment model to take the software engineering. It divides the school requireddigital resources types in details and further classifies the required disposal methodsof each type of resource importing archives management system and resourceexporting archives management system based on the current use of digital mediaarchives management system. It also clearly set the system database by combiningwith the former function set, probes into function requirements under the new networkenvironment and network access way from the aspect of users as well as mainlyrealizes the resource catalog and retrieval function, resource importing and exportingfunctions. After building the system, it shall test the system own safety and systemdata safety according to the actual conditions and try to explore more efficient, moresafe storage method and system structure. In conclusion, this paper creates the digitalarchives management platform by taking measurements of importing type,customizing the parallel of workstation（B/S） management application and client（C/S）management application, integrating unified identity authentication model ofOA office system and realizing the whole network remote high code current sourcefile download.
