The Design And Implementation Of Inspection Services Archives Management System For Heze City People’s Procuratorate

Application of computer technology in today’s society more widely, information technology has became increasingly popular. The traditional manual approach requires a lot of manpower to handle archives, can not meet the Procuratorate daily work requirements due to complexity of the large number and file processing files.The Procuratorate Inspection Services file management information has became an inevitable trend, Heze City people’s Procuratorate inspection services file management system is designed for this request, in order to improve the speed and efficiency of Heze City Procuratorate inspection Service records management.The system uses SSH (Spring+Struts+Hibernate) framework to achieve the basic architecture of the system, the basic design pattern of MVC mode. Physical layer database Microsoft SQL Server 2014, the system connect database through JDBC technology. System operator mode is B/S model, that the browser and server mode, the entire system applications using Java programming language.System is mainly to achieve the five business functions:litigation archive management, archive management instruments management, litigation archives management, archives use my workbench management. Wherein the lawsuit filed management includes processing to be archived cases and handling archiving cases two sub-functions. Instruments archive management including online loan application, real lending management, retrieval of archives, collections of archives, records management, upload electronic files, archive archives and number archives eight sub-functions. Litigation archive management, including new records, test paper, unwind, online loan application, real lending management, retrieval lawsuits, collection litigation files, archive files and litigation files lawsuit number nine sub-function. Use of Archives including return management and my two sub-lending management function; my workbench including viewing favorites, message management, uploading and downloading files, approving to-do tasks, view logs, and specifying processes Attorneys six sub-functions.Heze City People’s Procuratorate Inspection Service improves the Heze City Procuratorate Inspection Services file processing speed after running.
