In recent years, employment of college graduates has become a hot topic that arouses the concern of the whole society. However, the traditional mode of employment management cannot meet the employment needs because of the information channel of circulating is not clear, data processing is not in place, information loss of job search and recruitment process is serious. Therefore, the management of graduates has become a trend, which use the computer and management information system in business planning, management and decision analysis, it is an important element of graduates management information construction.We analysis the objectives and principles of college graduates management information system, which based on extensive research, working practices and the problems of meaning, practical work under the college graduates management. And the total architecture and key technologies of system are studied and selected, the college graduates employment information system based on B/S is designed and implemented, which integration with existing management systems and situation of graduates employment. It is an accurate, convenient and real time information exchange platform between graduates and employers, which around college graduates as the center closely based on advanced management ideas and models.Firstly, This paper introduces the topic of the research background and research status, describes the theory and key technologies of system development. Then the system is analyzed in depth. Finally, the design and implementation process of system is described in detail. The system uses the structure based on B/S, which ensure the efficiency of development, make the system structure more clear, more easily extended. The system uses Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Enterprise to develop, which ensure data integrity, security and standard. Graduates management, employer management, query statistics and other functions is provided by system that have improved the employment departments office efficiency greatly. The system not only has satisfied the existing different business needs of employment management, but also has good scalability for the new business demands.
