Research And Design On Employment Management System Of University Based On Resource Oriented Architecture

Since the enrollment expansion in 1999,the number of graduates increased substantially, and graduates'employment situation is getting worse.Under the new situation of employment,it will be a exploring direction for college in education informatization fields, such as seting up an efficient employment information system,widening employment information communication channels,improving the efficiency of the employment,activating the graduates'employment intangible market,providing timely, fast and efficient employment guidance and support services,and so on.It firstly analyzes the construction of informatization on employment in domestic universities,and completes the research and design of employment information system according to the reality of southwest jiaotong university employment guidance center.System has resolved the efficient communication between the recruitment plan, students and each employment of service and guidance.It helps students to find work quickly, and helps company to acquire the real apply for information of students,and establishs a bridge for communicating and exchanging between employers and employees.The system realizes based on a popular web framework named rails, based on the B/S development mode,and based on resource oriented architecture of thought.First of all,this paper introduces and analyzes the involved technology,the way of web working,the development of the HTTP protocol and importance of URI on web application.And then,it introduces the development mode of MVC framework,REST's characteristics and designing rules,the thought of resource oriented architecture.Finally,it completes the system design and development of employment management information.The whole system is the REST's web application framework design, according to the thought of resource oriented architecture.In the first place,it analyzes the resources, and then designs different representations, finally links the resources to each other, and analyzes what's supposed to happent. In system integration solutions, it makes full use of the characteristics of HTTP 1.1,the system cluster,cache,compression,etc.It has improved the system performance, saves the network bandwidth resources and enhances the system stability.
