Scm And Pdm Technology For Aircraft Technical State Management, And Integrated Studies

Aircraft designing is a very complex system engineering. It depends vitally on the configration management whether the product is successful or not. Along with the rapid progress in aircraft designing, the universe management and control from the aircraft level is becoming more and more important. In order to ensure the progress of aircraft designing and the product quality orderly, it is necessary to carry out the configuration management to manage the whole design phase, which includes hardware design and software design.In the configuration management of the aircraft, there are two kinds of technology usually, Software Configuration Management(SCM) and Product Data Management(PDM). The two technologies which belong to the same category, have their own characteristic, because of orienting the different objects.The question for discussion, based on a certain aircraft model, puts forward the SCM and PDM schemes on system integration and implementing via studying the relations and differences between SCM and PDM. Furthermore, it probes into the tightly combination of the software develop process and aircraft design, and explores how to attach software rightly to the aircraft configuration and deliveration course.With the support of aircraft software product data management framework, the article defines the total implement tactics on the project, system application architecture, clearing of the software product. It constructs the BOM management ,structure,storage planning of information, input/output CM database,project rearrangement of aircraft software products and so on. Finally, the article discusses the customization of PDM Platform and brings forward the main and key technology and data clearing strategy so that it could provide guidelines for the further customization and development.The research of the article will help build a product management platform based on a single data source and realize the development progress management about software and hardware integration from aircraft configuration management aspect. It will manage and control CM of aircraft level toward the project level or the specialty level. It has a great significance to build a nicety, integrity and unique product data source and establish a good foundation for implementing software engineering development and management roundly.
