That the wide application of the radar, the continual emergence of new radar and the capacity of signal processing, make the radar data processing technology more and more important. Especially on radar, which needs to be able to track target continuously and measure the target constantly and accurately. Especially on the need to be able to continuous automatic target tracking, radar data processing technology is very important. In this paper, we mainly do some reaches on the data processing of radar and we also complete all process of data processing by software method.Firstly, this paper reaches each step of radar data processing, which includes pretreatment of measurement, track initiation, data association, track and filter, the supplement of tracks, the die tracks as well as the treatment of the remaining points. In which track initiation, data association and track and filter are key parts in the courses of data processing. Track initials with Logic-Based method, filter with the Kalman filter, data association with the nearest neighbor algorithm. Secondly, the paper gives the simulation of tracking radar data processing in the software of MATLAB. Finally, in consideration of the needs of hardware, this paper completes all process of data processing with C language.In the environment of MATLAB and VC++6.0, many experiments are taken. And the results all displayed right and stable tracks. All of these proved that the method of the radar data processing in this paper is effective and reliable.
