The Study On Ideological And Political Education Of The Mass Media Practitioners

The mass media industry especially the journalism of our country is the voice of our people and Party, which stands for the fundamental benefit of the people and Party. The mass media practitioners Engaged in some important work such as educating the public people, guiding the public opinions, spreading the knowledge and conveying the message, working as the specific practitioners in the activities of message spreading. Their occupation moral situation and their ideological and political qualities influence the function of mass media industry directly. These years, many factors such as the politics, economy, culture, the society causes many mass media practitioners to abandon their professional conduct and do many things disobeying idea and morality which has done great harm to the development of the public, the society and themselves. Therefore, it is very important to do the ideological and political education for the mass media practitioners.Firstly, the paper will sketch the importance, necessity and specific characteristics in the job of the ideological and political education for the mass media practitioners. Secondly, we will do a survey on the moral concept of the mass media practitioners. From the survey, we will face some problems during do the job of the ideological and political education for the mass media practitioners. The main problems are lacking of the ideological and political qualities and the ideological and moral cultivation. These problems have done great harm to the society. I will analyze the internal and external causes which cause these problems. The third part of the paper is the key part. Finally, I will research the way to deal with the situation.
