Because of the large scale of modern public buildings and the increase in external unrest, urban fires have happened occasionally. Large flows of people and the change of flammable source make the analysis of fire risk and personal evacuation more difficult. Meanwhile this increases the uncertainty factors. The research into occurrence and development of fire, and effective prevention and reduction casualties in fire are the current top priority of domestic and international public safety work. So we should carry out the research of refuge actions about sudden disasters, reinforce the public knowledge of disaster shelter and raise public awareness of disaster prevention and resistance. All of these have important theoretical and practical significance in the current city emergency monitoring and emergency response models and key technology research.After analysis and comparison existing types of evacuation simulation system and lucubrating the concept of the multi-agent, this thesis puts forward a new building evacuation simulation model which combines the fire risk assessment analysis and personal evacuation simulation. By simulating different fire scenarios, combined with material properties of furniture, floor, ceiling, etc. I analysis the fire index, such as flue gas temperature, CO concentration, visibility and build an appraisal system of fire risk. Meanwhile I give the security evacuation time, judge the degree of fire risk through simulating obtained data. Based on the results of fire risk assessment system, combined with the study of human psychological response and behavior in evacuation, this thesis build a reasonable evacuation simulation model considering that the building structure has effect on the choice of escape route, time and efficiency. So as to we can guide and improve emergency evacuation plans, command and management according to the results. This system has good usability, and research results provide strong evidence for the architectural design, evaluation of escape plans, safety management training and enhancement of people's accumulated experience in fire prevention.
