Within a violate environment, the system improves work efficiency, maintain the stability of the overall information, security and maintainability, the system as well provides associate services of office decision, services of local real estate market, and the maintenance to legal rights of property owners for not only political leaders but people at all levels.The paper is to research the analyses, designing and implementation of the real estate management information systems. Considering system's architecture, system analysis and design, database design, and with the exchange of data between other systems, we are about to build a application of safe , perfect, flexible to extend and easy to maintain. In the aspect of technology implementation. Based on doc net developing platform, the system is deployed in IIS6.0 with SQL Server2005 database development platform. Doc net development platform, the design of relational database, Crystal Reports technology, object-oriented development technology and AJAX technology are being researched during the whole process of the system's implementation. It is thought the system should solve those following functional modules till the end of the development: user rights management, real estate information and electronic records management, automated audit of existing information, property information, analysis and release.
