Along with the rapid development of network, and information and the wide application of computer technology, as well as the growing up of the large and super-large residential district, the traditional property management way can’t meet the current demand. So in order to maintain the visibility and competitiveness.And to reduce the operation management cost, to improve the quality and efficiency of property management of, the high degree of informationization, network, fund management and service will become the best method. Therefore, to adopt property management information systems for residential property management, to provide the customer with the service of network and information have become inevitable choice. As the important part of modern property management standardization and informatization, property management system plays an important role in improving the property management efficiency and enhancing the competitiveness of property management company.To be aimed at present situation of property management, this thesis adopts the mainstream analysis and design method of object-oriented software engineering, develops and implements Dazhi property management system through the requirement analysis, the business modeling, system architecture, data modeling, design coding process which are on the basis of general residential property management industry business. System uses ASP technology, based on Client/Server (Browser/Server) network environment. Web Server uses Microsoft IIS on HTTP requests information processing, uses Microsoft SQL Server2000as a remote database system to support large concurrent users request demand.In order to realize the high-speeding and high response, the system uses AJAX technology in the browser client page. The client uses XHTML, AJAX technology etc, and combines with the high-performance SQL Server2000. Therefore, it can promote the efficiency of property management, property management informationization level and property management service level, so as to realize the property management industry overall value improvement.
