Design And Implementation Of Charging Management System For Property

In this paper,a property management system was designed and implemented for a real estate company.The system has functions with calculating,charging,statistics and management.Compared with the current systems,the new system has the advantages of wider support,more accurate calculation,and easier usage and is highly advanced in terms of its technology and business.The system has a more clear architecture and simplified codes with the technology of ASP.NET and MVC,making database more persistent and simpler to operation with the technology of LINQ;use Ajax to invoke the web service,and speed up the client response;use web service to realize authentication function and increase the system reusability;use jQuery to complete client data validation and improve the user experience.This system can realize these functions like property management,budget management,contract management and so on,which will make an effective attempt for the establishment of the new general system of property management.
