Design And Implementation Of Property Management System Of Jing Dian Property Company

At present, the Jing Dian Property Company lacks modern methods to manage various types of property management services and related information, the idea of humane management is insufficient in the community management, meanwhile the managerial efficiency is low, it can not adapt to the needs of area residents. Therefore, the company decides to develop the property management system.In this thesis, the development of property management system is completed by existing technologies. Web development technologies are used. Combined with the database management system, the data storage and processing are realized.Firstly, the demands of property management system are analyzed, including the roles, functions and performance requirements. This system contains four roles(tenants, property managers, company managers and system administrators), the functional requirements contain many contents(the property management, sales management, the owner management, charge management, leasing management, etc). Then the design scheme of property management system is completed, the three-layer web structure is used, the security and maintainability of property management system are ensured. Based on this architecture,the functions are cleared, and the corresponding database scheme is designed. Finally, the implementation and testing of property management system are completed in the.NET environment,the coding and testing of system functions are finished, including charging management, leasing management, property management, the owner management functions and so on.At present, property management system has been used in the company, the whole system meets the actual demand of the property company, it helps the company improve the property management level.
