Using the structured design method, giving the general framework of thesystem, the function hierarchy and the function module design.Focusing on the method of the core functional modules to be achieved, includingthe system management, the charging management, complaints management, repairingmanagement and parking management.The design achieves the system and database security such as flexible system usermanagement mechanisms, data access control mechanisms and measures of dataencryption and data decryption with using the security function which is included inASP.NET and SQL Server database management software.Actual test results show that Shanghai garden Town property management systemnot only can satisfy the use of property management company demand, but also hascertain security and stability.
