Virtual Instruments (virtual instrumentation) is a computer-based instruments. The close combination of computers and equipment is an important direction of development of the instrument. Users can use virtual instrument on the display by operating a "virtual" button or panel, to be measured to complete the collection, analysis, determine, regulate and storage functions. Labview is a program development environment, by the United States National Instruments (NI) developed by the company, similar to C and BASIC development environment, but the Labview computer language and other significant difference is: the use of other computer languages are text-based language production code, using the Labview graphical programming editor language G, the resulting program is a block diagram form. In this issue of the study, made the following main tasks:(1) to achieve the appropriate integration of collection and monitoring, in a timely manner to the temperature data to the PC, and get control of computing the amount of output.(2) In this paper, traditional PID control techniques, fuzzy PID control techniques, intelligent PID control techniques and a theoretical discussion and analysis summarizes the various control strategies advantages and disadvantages.(3) Labview-based PID controller, real-time monitoring and control of temperature can, to achieve high precision measurement and control, fast response;(4) the subject of full use of the Labview language advantage, while in the development control system, designed for easy operation menu interface, easy to operate, user-friendly.(5) In the laboratory, the whole system debugging and test, through the analysis of the results, you can see the control system could achieve the necessary monitoring and control tasks, the temperature in real-time acquisition and control. This paper describes the use of Labview acquisition to achieve temperature control system design process, system architecture, use of Labview virtual instrument technology, self-generated by the Labview virtual system temperature signal, collected by monitoring the temperature to achieve temperature data collection, pretreatment, analysis, storage and display. Full contents include: the development of virtual instruments, Labview virtual instrument introduction, the temperature acquisition system of production and commissioning and finally own this lack of production and prospects.
