With the development of the information's number, the management becomes very difficult. And handling by manpower would not only bring errors to the procedure, but also taking a lot of policemen's time and reducing the work efficiency. At the same time, now police department is doing their best to building information, which requests the Information management not only has the saving function, but also track using and statistics. Computer Internet and database technology provide much convince for it. Building an information management system based on Internet in Ri Zhao police can improve the everyday efficiency of policemen and the ability of coping with the emergencies.The intelligence and information management system in line with police officers as the center, easy to operate and improve work efficiency for the purpose of object-oriented technology in strict accordance with requirements analysis and system design, allowing users to quickly understand the system information on all aspects of police officers to facilitate the maintenance and management, improve information management efficiency. In this paper a detailed analysis of business processes, functional requirements, data flow, detailed design of a database logical model, the software structure of the various modules, and developed a system for testing. The paper starts from my experience, and uses the Brower/Server model. Making use of ASP.NET, which is developed by Microsoft comprise; selecting the database technology of SQL SERVER 2000; the purpose is that developing a information management system which is fit for my police department. And solving the problems which is occur in our working process and these problems is very order less, non-standard, and the jurisdiction is not clear.
