The aim of web-based CRM system is to set up the advanced management system according to the actual needs of small and medium enterprise and realize this enterprise customer relationship management modernization by computer technology. Through the effective implementation, it's proved that this system reduced the cost of the product and expanded the customer resources and markets obviously, and played an important role in realizing the enterprise infomationization and automation.Web-based CRM system for small and medium enterprise was developed by using browser-server mode, and system interface is implemented by Web Service techniques. In order to make sure the company's data is safe and reliable, the system adopted powerful and flexible SQL Server database. The interface design took advantage of a combination of tree-like menu and graphical interfaces. This system mainly consists of the following modules:customer relationship management model, sale management model, supplier management model, statistical analysis model. This system reflects all the information about an enterprise.The focus of our work are the architecture design of the small and medium enterprise's CRM system based on Web and system interface analysis and selection of. This paper analyzed the browser-server mode and described the advantages of using the J2EE-based Web Service technique to solve the system interface problem.This article analyzed the background of customer relationship management and the current research progress. According to the small and medium enterprises'actual situation, we gained and analyzed the actual needs of these enterprises. We compose our goal according to the unsolved problems. According to the system structure, the interface and database are designed in detail. At last we introduced the implementation of some important models and the corresponding techniques. In addition, this article analyzed the prospect of Web-based CRM system and the future work.
