The Design And Implementation Of Medical Insurance Real-time Trading Information System

Along with the deepening of our conntry s medical insurance system reform and the full override of the medical insurance policy,more and more attentions to the medical insurance business are paid by the medical insurance administration as the traditional management mode no longer meet the requirements of medical insurance business. The medical insurance business and policy have constantly deepen and expand,making the old information system can not meet the needs of medical insurance policy development ,and in some medical insurance business , the structural adjustment of the information systems is in need for the regionalization,centralization,real-time of the medical insurance business. Mostly ,the original medical insurance real-time trading systems is made of two layers C/S structure,less flexible expansion,unable to get across different departments and business systems,the process exposing a heavy burden of the server and client sides,and the worse in the safety. Therefore,how to make a flexible-expansion and convenient medical insurance real-time trading systems is an urgent issue addressed for medical insurance administration.Aim at the limitations of C/S mode application,this paper analyses the medical insurance Real-time trading system,discusses the realistic environment and function.In the original C/S mode foundation the paper put forward the usage according to the IBM CICS,the service layer,the application layer,the customer layer of three layer structures to carry out the design of the medical insurance Real-time trading system.Making the system can support in great quantities at the same time on-line customers,and can handle the huge quantity data,the interview of accessing the information can be more safe,can cope with a great deal of small business claim,can support the complicated network.The study discusses the following aspects while designing and developing the medical insurance real-time trading system:Research on the backround of the medical insurance information system at the home and abroad.Research on the concept ,function and technology of middleware;The design and implementation of medical insurance real-time trading information system based on CICS middleware;Constructing of a medical insurance application development's framework under the wide area network (WAN) environment and design of the medical insurance real-time trading system.Based on discussing of the above,the prototype of medical insurance system technology platform,application system fundamental platform and medical insurance real-time trading system have been implemented. The medical insurance real-time trading system adopts international industry standard and has openness and scalability.The third edition social insurance core platform technical framework and the medical insurance real-time trading system based up on CICS transaction middleware and C/S/S three-tier architecture. have been married together with creativity by using specific instances of Ningbo medical insurance information system upgrade project. The system adopted modular architecture, it had a flexible expansion , stable performance,clear structure through the delineation of the functional modules,and it can meet the continuous development and changes of the medical insurance business.
