Design And Application Of Medical Insurance Management System Based On Data Mining

In this paper,we take the medical information system construction of the Tianjin social insurance fund management center of social insurance fund management center(TSIFMCSIFMC)in Tianjin city as an example,the function of monitoring data mining and management is highlighted,and the real-time monitoring system based on the existing medical insurance system of medical insurance in Tianjin city is established.Existing real-time monitoring of medical insurance system of breaches of data mining clustering analysis of the mining object is able to be transformed into a Euclidean distance metric data.However,the existing health care network system to accumulate a large number of violations of data analysis data is not a regular text data,but from the Medicare designated hospitals units designated surveillance video.In the face of massive video data,this paper does not use the complicated image recognition method for data mining,but from many years of work experience,to find out the rules of illegal behavior,and put forward a kind of improved K means clustering algorithm based on probability statistics.Improved algorithm is proposed based on the following two phenomena: one is,non credit enrollees are often not the first time offenders,and some are even repeat offenders;second,and irregularities with collusion,acquaintances commit crime the occurrence.So the core idea of this paper is to find out the maximum possible video clip,so as to achieve the goal of reducing mass of video data through the search of the maximum probability.Through establishing medical insurance real-time monitoring and controlling system,the paper builds up a medical information sharing and exchange platform.Secondly,the paper designs a real-time monitoring system based on data mining theory.This paper designs a real-time monitoring system of Tianjin medical insurance system,analyzes the functions of real-time monitoring,integrity management and medical insurance claims.In Tianjin City,the medical information system needs analysis of medical information system,the system is designed by the Stream Data diagram to illustrate the data input,processing and output of the three functional modules.System for three functional modules of the Stream Data chart were designed by the IPO table,third designed the database structure and the IPO table were designed the entity attribute diagram,entity relationship diagram and the main database table.In the system implementation,the system focuses on the basic information monitoring,monitoring point real-time picture,health care audit function to achieve the picture and medical insurance claims violation data near the medical insurance,medical insurance claims data mining technology,medical insurance claims data CIS and DRGS data analysis function;finally,through black box testing,the system promptly found and corrected the integrity of the integrity of the file information,and the ability is not enough.
