With the higher request in software development and the rapid development of distributed computing, middleware technology develops very quickly, and three-tier structure based on middleware, C/S/S, has been applied widely. Traditional distributed systems must custom-tailor subtly for operation on special platform. Although these custom-tailored systems provide necessary qualification for application, the created an unskillful architecture with some drawback include not easily modification, update and integrated with the third part components. Middleware is a common service system with standard program interface and protocol, which located between hardware, operating system and application. Middleware can support data share and application interoperability in heterogeneous hardware and operating system.In this paper, according to the research of two kind of middleware CICS and MQ Series, proposed the middleware in financial system application. And as the Simulation Bulk Payment System which this article author has participated as an example, introduction middleware CICS and MQ Series in this kind of system design and realization.CICS provides the application of on-line affair processing and the affair management product in the IBM and the non-IBM platform, its function is provides an affair process environment for the commercial application, cater to the bank's system which massively happen suddenly on-line event. MQ Series is the IBM commercial communication middleware. The function is controls and manages an integrated commercial application, in order to compose this commercial application between many branch programs to complete the entire work flow through the transmission information.The Simulation Bulk Payment System divides into three constructions in the physical structure: National Processing Center (NPC), City Clearing Processing Center (CCPC), and Merchant Bank Front End (MBFE). This paper briefly introduce the Bulk Payment System service logic, and basic on it, focal point on CICS and MQ Series middleware which as the Simulation Bulk Payment System information flow, the data stream transmission intermediary principle of work, the model proposed, with key realization step.In summary, this article main chapter arrangement is as follows:The first chapter introduction part, the main introduce the background of using the middleware technology in the banking system. One of the important financial computerization is the utilization advanced computer technology and the communication technology processing finance service. Specially uses the modernized computer and the long-distance communication technology establishment bank on-line system, completely changed the old processing mode.The second chapter, we introduce the middleware technology, including middleware basic concept, classification, realization principle and so on.Third chapter introduced two kind of IBM Corporation's middleware CICS and MQ Series in detail, also is the middleware which in our paper is going to use, and has made the basic introduction to its programming method, also prepare to used these two kind of middleware for our application.In the fourth chapter, we analysis the information flow, the data stream in the Bulk Payment System, obtains the structure of the Simulation Bulk Payment System; we reasonably chosen CICS and MQ Series middleware takes the Simulation Bulk Payment System information flow, the data stream transmission intermediary.In the fifth chapter, first makes the three news transfer mode for the Simulation Bulk Payment System designs, then the basis service demand, designs the Simulation Bulk Payment System between CCPC and NPC, CCPC and MBFE the node transaction model, including system in partial middleware transfer code. Finally has given the partial codes between commercial bank's connection model and the Simulation Bulk Payment System MBFEAccording to the service demand which is real-time or no real-time, designs the node between CCPC and NPC, CCPC and MBFE transaction model of the Simulation Bulk Payment System, include partial middleware transfer code of system. Descript the interface model and partial important code between the Simulation Bulk Payment System's MBFE and commercial bank.The Bulk Payment System is a modernized payment system important constituent, is playing the vital role in the payment settlement work. Along with the Bulk Payment System carried on in each big city, its movement present situation indicated, CICS and MQ Series middleware has the very big application prospect in the financial system.
