The Design And Implementation Of Engineering Information Management System For The Primary And Middle Schools In Hunan Province

Construction of an engineering information management system for the primary and middle schools in Hunan province is an important content of building safety engineering construction in primary and secondary schools in Hunan Province. According to the requirements of ministry of education, establishing school buildings’ safety engineering archives, mastering all school buildings’ safety engineering information, building school buildings’safety engineering information database integrity, establishing a dynamic management information system of primary and middle school building safety engineering gradually, will surely form a solid foundation for the future engineering supervision and school management.This paper mainly introduces the design and implementation process of the engineering information management system for the primary and middle schools in Hunan Province. The paper first described the background and premise of the system, providing a clear theoretical basis and practical significance of the system development. Research status at home and abroad on related system is introduced as well as the main technologies involved in the management system. The main work target and organizational structure of this paper are introduced as well as a brief description. Secondly, we carried detailed needs obtain and analysis on school engineering management work in Hunan province. Thirdly, according to the result of needs analysis, the function of the system is designed in detail, and the database of the system is analyzed. Finally we introduced the realization process of the system, giving a detailed description of the core code of implementation process. The system uses J2EE development platform, SQL SERVER2008as system database, JAVA technology, B/S framework in Tomcat application server to realize.The system will eventually realize all functions of the engineering information management system for primary and middle schools in Hunan Province. The system realizes the site safety inspection management, school building safety investigation management, the appraisal management, planning management, project execute management, project funds management, project results function. We can also query and statistical, analysis historical data in school engineering management work. Based on the perfect functions, make the greatest efforts to ensure the safety of the system. The operating system will greatly improve school engineering management workers’ working efficiency; bring great convenience to the school engineering management work.
