Since entered twenty-first Century, Chinese government pay more attention to the education development, especially in primary and secondary education investment, the total investment of our country education in the proportion of national income is also rising, that all marks education in our country has been developed speedly, the scale of schools in all areas are continually expanding, the school’s enrollment continued to increase, one the one hand that increases the education chance in various regions of China, but on the other hand, also brings great inconvenience for the schools in our country, especially in our country elementary and middle schools, the school’s systems are not perfect, every department’s school hardware and software facilities are not perfect, the primary and middle school students information registration, performance management can not meet the national requirements of teaching, particularly use software to assist school management, compared with development countries is very backward. Therefore the system takes the Loudi thrid school as the study object, design and implement the school integrated information management platform.This paper mainly describes the Loudi third school integrated management platform needs analysis, design, implementation and testing. Firstly The school integrated management platform development background and current situation are decribes, knowing the theory and the practice significance of this system, while the school network platform basic structure are briefly described, the platform development objectives and the structure, main content are analysised. Secondly, do the Loudi thrid school needs survey, get student management, performance management, teacher management function module needs acquire, at the same time do the needs analysis of every module. Once again, the integrated management platform function design are described, firstly undertook brief analysis of the development of school management platform design principles and requirements of the users, the platform application system architecture is described, gives the overall structure of the platform, functional architecture through the technical framework, and then student management, teacher management and other functions module design are described, each module’s graph structure are described in detail, and the school management database is designed, finished each module data structure to the database mapping work. Finally, combined the Loudi third school requirements analysis and function design of the platform, the realization of each module are described, the main interfaces’ functions are illustrated, and the key algorithms as well as the core technology is introduced, at the completion of the entire platform work,system testing are described in detail. Finish the Loudi third school integrated management platform design and implementation work.System can basically meets the needs of the Loudi third school management needs, can achieve the basic student information management functions, but also can realize the teachers’ position, title management function, teachers can achieve information modification and query function.The system finally realizes Loudi third school all aspects management functions, and can extend the system function to every department of the school to provide management service, help them to deal with affairs, which can improve work efficiency and information sharing strength, at the same time provide important reference information for the school leader to do the next phase of work.
