| With the development of social information technology, the application of student information management system in education is inevitable not only for higher vocational school but also for secondary vocational school, which makes student information management prompter, more convenient and efficient, with more open channels, of which individual management work become more standardized, scientific,democratic, at the same time also strengthen share resources between the student management, teaching management departments and other relevant departments.In this paper, first, by field investigations of the information level of secondary vocational school management, we found that with the change of secondary school mode and scale, the number of students increased, all kinds of information of students is also multiplied. Managers need to spend a lot of manpower and time to deal with larger amount of information, and different offices need different format of the same information, staffs struggles busily all the day to submit the data to different functional departments by repeat the same information again and again. Such low work efficiency seriously affected the efficiency of grasping and analyzing student information management department. Luckily, with the constant improvement of information construction, various functional departments began to use the unified information platform, or for the connection of the data, which avoids the repeated work thus improved the efficiency. Traditional students performance management has long been managed in the form of paper CARDS. With the accumulation of time, the number of the student file continuously increase, if you want to query a students' performance, you have to spend a lot of time to consult, which makes the student file information can't be used to the most value. What's worse, the traditional method is also a big problem in archives management, which wasted a lot of resources, and easy to cause damage or lost file at the same time. If the information management technology and modern network technology are applied in performance management,we can consult the student file in the shortest possible time, which ensures real-time query and instantaneous transmission of documents as long as the integrity and authenticity of the file.By the establishment of student performance management information system,student information management system and relative enterprises information systemcan be combined together by internet to promote the information acquisition of graduates and recruiting companies and exchange of information between them. Both sides can have their own accounts in the system of information collection to release and the relevant employment as well as to search in the system to find jobs, which enables both enterprise and schools coordinate immediately, hence greatly improves the employment rate. This paper focused on secondary student performance management of the actual business needs, with software engineering technology technical team to design the structure of the secondary vocational student performance management system, as long as the system interface between background database and the front end of the school management system.Secondary vocational student performance management information system seems to be simple, actually it contains multiple complementary parts linked together,therefore, to build a complete set of student performance management information system, using scientific and feasible monitoring means and methods to form a strict student performance management information system, which makes secondary vocational students more competitive and more competent to adapt to the development of the industry trend, as well as keep up with the pace of social development. This system had attracted wide attention in education, especially in recent years, as national government pays more attention to development of the secondary vocational school and focuses on this subject is more urgent and necessary. |
