In recent years, inland waterway transportation is developing rapidly in the transport field. At the same time it puts forward a higher level request to the inland waterway transportation's information management. In order to achieve the inland waterway's digitization and visualization, we need to collect the data of the channel and ship traffic, and to realize digital management and application integration. The data of the system of the navigation administration business is characterized by mass and heterogeneous. Researching using what technology to process the data constitutes the main body of the content. The main contents of this paper are:1. The technology based on interest management of dynamic and mass data processing has been studied. Digital waterway application system exists huge amounts of dynamic data. It is essential for the system to deal with these data in real-time and effectively. This paper uses the method of interest management, and proposes the solution based on interest management of processing the mass dynamic data of digital waterway system. And combining with the characteristics of the system, the paper designs the QR-based interest area matching algorithm, and analyzes the advantages of the use of QR-trees.2. For waterway system exists a large number of heterogeneous data, in this paper, heterogeneous data integration technology has been studied. It proposes the SOA-based, loosely coupled, heterogeneous data integration solutions. The heterogeneous data of existing system or heterogeneous data of this system, all released in the way of the Web services. So the heterogeneous data sources can be accessed in a uniform way.3. The technology of multi-source information fusion has been studied. In order to get more accurately data of the ship traffic statistics, using two different sensors to measure the ship. This paper studies the algorithm of nearest neighbor in the data association and the algorithm of weight average in multi-sensor detection fusion.
