Healthcare Information System Integration Based On Ensemble

With the development and improvement of the medical information technology, the digital hospital building has become the consensus of the domestic and foreign healthcare information workers and experts. Based on computer technology and network technology, the digital hospital integrates the healthcare information systems, diagnostic equipment, medical management system and other medical resources together following the HL7 and IHE. Taking the services for the patients in the first place, it collects, stores, transfers and integrates the patients' treatment information, health and economic information and the hospital management information to establish a new model of the modern hospital management and operation.On the basis of HL7 and IHE, we present the integration platform of healthcare information systems.It makes all information subsystems access the integration platform by way of input and output adapters and solves kinds of problems:(1) Standardization The integration platform integrates healthcare information systems following the IHE and HL7. Meanwhile, the combination the actual situation of domestic hospitals, we complete and localize to some extent in order to meet medical business needs.(2) Compatibility Hospital information has for many years, we have introduced HIS, PACS, LIS and OA which have difference in programming languages, software platforms, system architecture and hardware environment. The platform can achieve any standard of system integration, as little as possible altering the original systems.(3) Expandability In order to make the integration of the healthcare information systems can be done quickly and be continued used, the functional modules are loosely coupled in the platform,so that the development of hospital information systems to achieve a state of sustainable development.(4) Security Taking into account the healthcare information security issues and old system in the hospital, the platform integrates information systems by way of HL7 message release and subscriptions, as far as possible less direct data sharing or interference, to ensure that the information integration of security.
