Multi-disciplinary Design Document Management Integration Technology Study

Based on the analysis of consumer requirements of document manage of multidisciplinary integration design (DMMID), this thesis gives the general model and builds the integration platform of DMMID, and beyond this, a software system is also presented in this thesis. The main contents and fruits of this thesis are outlined as follows:Firstly, on the basis of analysis of characteristic of DMMID, we build the mechanism of document structure and storage. With the management of document version we can consult the relationship of different document versions. We can conveniently query the information of documents using the static and dynamic properties of files.Secondly, this thesis discusses access control of document manage system and presents a multidisciplinary access control model which can manage for privileges of functional operation and multi-level information.Thirdly, according to the requirements, this thesis designs a relational database-based workflow management system by which users can freely define workflow modal. It automates document check using the Web Service-based workflow engine. This thesis presents an integrated platform by which we can browse and markup about 450 files of different types.Finally, on the basis of the research on above theory and techniques, we design and develop the integration platform and system of DMMID.
