Based Digital Workflow System Design And Implementation

The rapid growth of lnternet& Intranet usage and development of Web technology, provides a ideal platform to construct a Web-based workflow management. And the Web-based workflow management service provides the condition for distributed working and inter-enterprise corporation ,and it has become the characteristic of the next-generation workflow management. The WFMS prototype which this paper researched on combines the Web technologies and XML, and provides a method of designing and implementing xml-based process definition language and workflow engine.To realize the goal, mutual operations were connected with each other in the order of the time or the logics. The documentations, information and task was transferred, transacted and carried on when the operation was acting. in the operation, the automation is called working flow which produced much benefit, for instance, improved the working flow, optimize the working efficiency, realize the control of the operating process and optimize the quality of users. As the same as the other software, the users can in draught mature working flow and products and also develop the fitful working flow. The working flow apply based on the intranet is special. It is much opener that the working flow connected with the intranet technology and there were more tools to choose. The Browser/Server is easier and it represents the development direction.With the development of the cooperation business, many companies adopted all kinds of the wed and systems (documents management, e-mail management, HR management or sales management). Because there is not a united interface, the independence of the systems set obstacle to the whole management. The working flow will improve this kind working and management mode.It is worthy of regarding that in draught of WFMS is connection with the change of the management idea and management operation. WFMS can be united with the regorger and the standardization management of the company. The regorger is the absolutely reform of the working process and operation management. The standardization is research on the operation process in order to set up a set of system to improve the system frame.The WARIA is a international organization to take up with the the regorger.
