| The power grid is related to people's livelihood based industry. Along with the advancement of technology and the promotion of enterprise information level, meter reading and tariff in CIS transforms from original manual mode to automatic mode. Based on Zhejiang CIS system, this paper focus on designing an intelligent pre-paid card-read electric meter management system with advanced technology and unified process standard. Through the test application and the comprehensive promotion, it was used to solving the problems and risks in tariff and electricity capital recycling, which would advance the management of Zhejiang electric power corporation.Based on the experiences of other provinces and Zhejiang's business, advanced technologies were introduced into the system to achieve innovation, which mainly reflects in:This system combines the component-based technology, service-oriented system structure, advanced workflow engine to achieve a unified business process. It applies encryption machine and encryption module in data transmission to ensure reliable of the normal electricity business. It uses electricity-bank networking to realize convenient power purchase at the counter and self-service terminals. Develop new-type prepaid single-phase electronic energy meter with functions of multi-rate billing, automatic trip circuit break,etc. |
