With the development of power supply enterprise, enterprise existing electricity management mode has many defects, such as high labor intensity and operation cost is higher, the existing management has been unable to meet the demand of power supply enterprise. Aiming at the defects of existing electricity management mode of power supply enterprise, design and realize the electricity management system, so that to reduce the operation cost, to improve the efficiency.In this dissertation, the main work is as follow:(1) The research analyzes the defects of existing electric power supply enterprise management mode, the research background and the research direction of this article is determined.(2) A brief introduction to the design to achieve the key technology of power supply enterprise electricity management system used by the framework(Struts framework, Hibernate and Spring framework) : contains implementation interface of JSP technology, to reduce the complexity of system development of SSH framework and building electricity RFID technology of IC card.(3) The analysis and design of the power supply enterprise electricity management system. Starting from the power supply enterprise electricity management business, to determine the functional requirements of the system, and its by security management subsystem, billing management subsystem, basic information management subsystem, IC card management subsystem and query statistics subsystem of five parts, and in the form of flow chart for system module in detail design, finally the database model for system design.(4) The power supply enterprise electricity management system implementation and testing. On the basis of system design, has realized the electricity management system, and each function of the system were tested, in order to perfect the system.This dissertation completed the demand for electricity management system analysis, design and implementation. Electricity management system implemented in this paper have been applied to a power supply enterprises of township enterprises, the application effect shows that the system has reached the designed originally, can effectively improve the work efficiency of power supply enterprise.
