Aquatic products is an important part of agricultural and food. In recent years, its quality and safety issues attract widespread concern.In order to improve the quality and Competitiveness of Aquatic products of our Country, and break through barriers to international trade, Regulate the market of aquatic products, Protect consumer interests, a traceability system for penaeus vannamei boone supply-chain was preliminarily studied. The main research results are as follows:1. Referring to the domestic and international quality and safety of agricultural products traceability system research, Combined with the actual situation of Penaeus vannamei boone supply-chain, the impact of Penaeus vannamei quality and safety of key links and information collection points were determined. A traceability system for Penaeus vannamei boone supply-chain is developed, using ASP.NET and database technology. The breeding, processing, circulation and of sales information management is realized in the system which is developed based on Visual Studio 2008+SQL Server 2005+IIS platform. The system includes the authentication module breeding information management module and processing infonnation management module, marketing information management module, and traceability query module. The enterprises on the supply-chain using the system for information (e.g., employee information, pond information, larva source information, larva lot information, breeding lot information, etc.) management as data insertion, data deletion, data update and data search. The consumers can use the system search the complete record on the supply-chain of the product by its trace code.2. According to the different user roles and different stages of food safety risk, chain-tracing and internal-tracing is proposed. Furthermore, the internal databases+trace center database framework is established. Refering to EU TraceCore XML (TraceCore Extensible Markup Language) specification, PTML(Prawn Trace Markup Language) is designed for data exchanging among different databases.3. The critical control points of Penaeus vannamei boone's quality on the supply-chain are analysed. Combined with GTIN+specification, the trace code is designed.The system has finished test-running, and assessed by experts. The conclusion is the system meets the needs of consumers, manufacturers and regulatory authorities on functionality and performance.
