Design Of Network Video Colection System Oriented For Program Management

Driven by rapid development of internet and the widespread use of DV, cell phone anddigital camera, the new media breaks through the domination of collection media gradually.Nowadays, Network Video plays an important role, due to network media expansion.Some famous video portals, such as Youku, 56.com, and Sina Video, begin to earn profit.The impact of Network Video is getting deeper and deeper, which may drive thedevelopment of traditional media.In the papers, I summarize the characteristics of Video Collection System withcommunication theories. Combined with the practices of current Network Video programscenarios, I analyze the situation and actual predicaments of Network Video in programmanagement, and provide some recommendation for improvement. Aimed at existedproblems, I address the strategies of program management for Network media, which isapplied in'Quan Min DV'effectively.According to the study of the background of Network Video resources management,and some oversea related modes, I set the objectives to the new system of video resourcescollection . What's more, based on the case of'Quan Min DV', a TV program broadcastingin Public Channel, Guangdong TV, I explore the new orientation to the design of NetworkVideo collection and program management.Writing the papers, I apply the theories of Software Engineering and the processing ofTV program to the design and application of Network Video collection platform, which isused to handle network video materials, including video collection, collecting, saving,searching, auditing, distribution and commentary.As a practical case,'Quan Min DV'in Public Channel, Guangdong TV gains greatsocial reputation and commercial profit during the probation, as well as some existedproblems need to be improved.In a word, Network Video platform is the trend of media development in digital age,which has extensive potential.
