P2P technology can accelerate the network resources sharing and expand the capacity of network resources, but at the same time, it's also a platform to widely disseminated the hostile, reactionary, harmful and illegal information, the p2p technology have brought serious challenges to the internet environment, the network order and even national security. How to effectively to monitor the P2P-based network and its resources, currently a big issue of P2P research in the domestic and internationals.The Network which based on P2P technology, its structural features make the Center server significantly weakened or even completely disappear, the resources and information which distribution and transmission in the P2P network are difficult to track. In particular, the P2P network video resources transmission as a streaming data and encryption the transport protocol, what is more some video system change the domain and the address of the Video server frequent, hide the real video links. However the current technology cannot access the video program information which based on the P2P network efficient and real-time, All of these Led to the supervision of the P2P network for video monitoring still has been in a vacuum, In this context, the paper carried in-depth study the technology of the discovery video program source information in the P2P network monitoring and proposed some Effective solutions.First of all, the paper described the overall structure and modules of the monitoring system on the P2P network's, Introduced the status and role of the video source information found in the whole regulatory system, then proposed the basic strategy to get the source of the video information which based on the video release. Then, analysis the characteristics, principles, laws of the video information released in the player which called the player mode and the video information released on the web which called web mode. Proposed a method based on by-pass monitoring, packet capture and protocol analysis to access the video program information which showed in the player. Against the video program information released with the web mode, with the technology to search the web, travel the website, parse the HTML and filter the data to get the information. All of these methods have solved the problems to found the video program source information.Finally, the paper based on the video program information discovery method, designed and developed the video program information discovery system, and tests the system availability, the function of the video program information search as well as the effectiveness in the P2P network monitoring application.The Research and study of this paper, provides a good basis for the theory and practice to promotion and realization of P2P network monitoring.
