Design And Implementation Of EPG Display Management System In IPTV Service

With the continuous research of science and technology,IPTV has been widely used in our nation since its born.As a new interactive service,IPTV integrates the technologies of Internet,communication,and multimedia,which effectively combines Internet technology with traditional TV in practical use.Finally,this service brings us with another favorable and outstanding project after the fusion of CATV,computer network,and telecommunication network.The EPG(Electronic Program Guide)is a key factor in the whole IPTV system,which can provide users with better interaction in the process of running.Therefore,designers need to strengthen the analysis of IPTV features during the design of EPG.This paper mainly studies the display management of EPG system in IPTV,which finally achieves the integration of IPTV business process.Firstly,this paper elaborates and analyzes the research background of this topic,which includes the overall development trend and process of IPTV system.Secondly,Secondly,it describes the key elements of EPG system requirements analysis and system design.In the process of system design,the think of modern front-end development is further introduced,which fully combines the EPG display function and the basic function of the IPTV platform.Finally,a comprehensive analysis of the key processes of EPG is described,and the business logic interfaces,data types and big data recommendations are improved and optimized.The main work and achievements are summarized as follows:(1)The moden front-end development design pattern is introduced into the EPG system development.The architecture of EPG system is optimized by the new pattern.Reduce the complexity of development by rebuilding the business logic interface.(2)Propose new four-screen views and nine-screen guide service,which brings users multi-angle viewing and visual selection of channels.(3)Optimize the meta data of IPTV platform by the think of combination the characteristics of EPG services and reduction of the degree of interface coupling and calls.As a a result,the platform performance is improved.(4)Develop a user recommendation system based on the collaborative filtering algorithm and combined with Hebei IPTV existing viewing data.The intelligent recommendation is brounght into EPG system.
