This paper is based on the concrete analysis of The North United Power Company video conference of their demand and the design principle, We formulated the Overall design scheme of north united power company video conference,we need construction 22 points in all the video conference including a Main Theater terminal,10 venue terminals of power plants,11terminals for the leaderships of every power plants. In addition we have a spare terminal. That all the equipments for the North United Power Company. And after compared to several suppliers, we choose US POLYCOM as our major supplier.
