In computer science technology rapid development today, the virtual observation and control technology research and the project apply by spread the military and industrial production each department, and is more and more valued by people. This paper uses U.S. NI's Lab VIEW graphical programming language to exploit virtual furnace temperature measurement and control system for ZRYS series vacuum hot pressing furnace of Shenyang Weitai Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd.This paper is based on virtual instrument platform for the development of application systems. According to the technical parameters of vacuum hot press furnace and principles of measurement and control system, the author proposes two programs. Select the hardware according to the specific technical requirements. Then the author builds LabVIEW software platform using Modular design concept. Data acquisition module, channels and scopes set module, data display and analysis module, data storage module and temperature control module are designed in this system, which realizes the data acquisition, display and analysis for the furnace temperature. Database access technology is used to establish communication with the database. Then the paper applies virtual instrument technology and database technology into the system software to support database management.PID control principle in accordance with the mathematical model is used for simulation by Matlab/Simulink to gain the best system parameters. System parameters of the best simulation are gained in order to guide engineering practice.The simulation results prove that the furnace temperature measurement and control system based on LabVIEW meet a variety of required performance indicators. Applications and basis are provided for other parameters, and it can be directly applied to engineering practice.
