From the points of view for practical uses, the thesis uses the furnace of high-speed-wire factory of Tangshan steel company as object, studies the casual process of nonlinear and distributed parameter with big inertia, pure lag and disturbed by casual factors. The feasibility and forms of combining fuzzy system and PID control are discussed. The theory of multiple control-fuzzy-PID based on adaptive parameter is put forward. Simulation experiments are made by comparison; with the PID control, fuzzy control. The main research work and contribution of this dissertation are as follows:l.A study of combustion of the furnace in high-speed-wire factory of Tangshan steel company is made, and conclusion is acquired, that is the process is casual process of nonlinear and distributed parameter with big inertia, pure lag and disturbed by casual factors. This makes prepare for the next step.2.A survey of PID control, fuzzy control and adaptive control is summarized, and the problems existing in fuzzy control and PID control are also discussed.3.An introduction of the design of fuzzy controller and basic identify methods is given.4.The fuzzy-PID control arithmetic based on adaptive parameter is proposed by the characteristics of fuzzy system and PID system.5.MATLAB and Simulink software are introduced. The simulation experiments are made to the arithmetic of fuzzy-PID based on adaptive parameter by MATLAB. Comparisons are made with PID control. fuzzy control. And the performance, the robustness, disturbance-rejection are validated. The simulation test results with examples show their nice performance, strong robustness and disturbance-rejection. They are designed simply and very convenient to use in practice.
