Vehicle Management System. Hutchison Whampoa Properties (chengdu) Co., Ltd. Design And Implementation

Studied in this paper is the vehicle management system,which is based on the actual vehicle management achievements and experience of the Hutchison Whampoa Properties (Chengdu) Co.. The main purpose of this paper is to enhance the management efficiency of the vehicle.The system is able to grasp the timely and accurate information about the vehicle, and effectively enhance the management of vehicles, and ultimately to management and control the application, deployment and maintenance of the vehicle. The main object of this paper is a company which is similar to the Hutchison Whampoa Properties (Chengdu) Co., the main research contents is the vehicle management system.This paper study the details and outline of the system firstly by requirements analysis. The result is build a new management system based on B / S structure.The system is able to set the basic information of the vehicle, the management of the driver, the vehicle scheduling, the dynamic query of the vehicle information and the maintenance of vehicles and so on.In this paper, the background and situation of vehicle management system are researched.and analysis the system from the perspective of demand. The problems and shortcomings of system are discovered by analysising the situation and characteristics of system.The design is started from system architecture.The first step of the vehicle management system is to build technical and functional architecture; the second step is the system detailed design, including how to build the system module, design strategies and design steps of the database;the third step for the system is to conduct a detailed analysis to find the problems of the system, while analysis the causes of the problem.This paper includes the following elements:First, in order to meet the needs of user ,this paper use the MVC to design he vehicle management systemSecond, the study shows that J2EE and SPRING are used in Web frequently, has become the most favorite software in the IT enterprise.In this paper,we also use these two software to achieve B / S structure. Third, the core of the system design is the database systems.The main process is the conceptual model change to the Object Oriented Model, then the Object Oriented Model change to the system database structure.Finally, analysis the problems which are finded in the design and implementation progress of vehicle management system.Currently this vehicle management system has been used in the Hutchison Whampoa Properties (Chengdu) Co..
