Ningbo construction industry regulation management information system faces to the national varied requirements in construction industry, such as business routines, safety guarantee, quality guarantee and company eligibility guarantee, etc. It uses informational management platform as technical methods to provide monitoring function for the government to assure healthy business improvement of the city's construction industry.This thesis discusses the above system's development from software analysis, design and implementation. First, it sketches software developing theory and technical foundation. Then, it discusses the system's demand analysis, especially analyzes the following three functions which compose the system's main business demand:company qualification information management function, engineering project set up and complete information management function, engineering project safety and quality monitoring function. Furthermore, the paper analyzes the software's browser-server infrastructure design and its reason, detailed discusses the software system's database design and main transaction processing modules'internal design, gives some typical transaction processing flow design and corresponding internal database chart design scenario, establishes necessary foundation for the system's programming implementation. It then discusses the software system's programming and testing, briefly introduces some running examples, testing examples and current trial running effect. It summarizes the whole paper in the end.Ningbo construction industry regulation management information system is developed by Microsoft .NET technical frame and SQL Server database as background server. Its online trial running is almost stable now. It realizes anticipated developing goal, especially apparently improves efficiency of quality and safety monitoring and the information accuracy and promptness, and provides reliable support for routine management of construction industry.
