Fusha Town, Zhongshan City Library Library Information Management System Design And Implementation

In recent years, Along with the rapid development of computer technology, books management information system of research and development have already reached a high level. However, in view of the rural grassroots library management information system is still less. A number of existing library management information system formalities trival, control, lack of basic-level death of special function. As the goverment try to increase the libaries of villages and towns of books in the library, investment increased rapidly. Previous artificially management mode was inefficiency, prompt changes. Township libraries for using object is this township residents, its management way is relatively large library management more agile and inquires more convenient. The libaries of funds, library management personnel computer level is limited, and therefore it cannot be used directly to develope large books management system . To solve the above problems, unifying the villages and towns library work reality, to develop adheasine grassroots township libraries ,actually books information management system is very necessary.The goal of this project is aimed at the library management situation of the township in Zhongshan, to develop and realize the " information management system of Fusha Library in Zhongshan". The system can improve the management efficiency of Fusha Library,make the library management be standardized, systematic and automatic, and as an application example for the villages and towns library information management system. Considering to achieve simple operation, easy maintenance, low cost,the system use the VisualBasic as development tools and the Access as a backend database. On the basis of needs analysis and feasibility study of Fusha Library information management system, the topic developed function module, operation process and database,and formed a complete library management information system. This paper introduces the main function module of the system in detail, including the eight modules,registry, library information management, information management, books information query residents, residents information inquiry, book borrowing,book returning and information management. After a brief introduction of system test method, the paper introduced the function module test situation of the information management system one by one. Through the system test proved that the design of library information management system in the issue meet the demand of library information management of Fusha library, can also conform to the needs of library management system for general township library .This system of the topic has friendly interface,is easy to operate, and has strong data processing ability, needs low costs to maintain.The topic implement the township library management automation, meet the needs of the management of township libraries better.
