With the progress of IT, information technology is apply into our lives.Township administration is busier and busier,and a management information system is badly needed.Our topic is based on the actual demand of township administration work.We analysis and design this system with structured analysis method.We firstly introduces the research background of hospital materials management system, and overviews the problems that we should solve. We discuss the significance and importance of the project, describe the system development methods and related technologies.This paper also presents the system design goals, carries out a detailed demand analysis, including business requirements analysis, functional requirements analysis, data requirements analysis and non-functional requirements analysis, data flow diagram, Functional data analysis diagram (IPO chart), and describe data dictionary. We make the overall design of the system and module design, give the total system function block diagram (H chart), including material put in-out modules,purchase plan modules,material catalog modules and other functional modules,and each module is designed to give a specific functional block diagram (H diagram), IPO table, and process flow diagram. We clearly describe design and use ER diagrams and entity-relationship database table structure to design database in detail. Finally, We summarize the contents of the research,and explain the main work. We also point out the disadvantages, and further work we must do. |
