With the continuous development of the real estate business and growing competition, more and more real-estate companies use high-tech software to manage and maintain customer relationships. The design and develop this customer relationship management system(CRM) is based on this reality.The system is based on the SCA for architecture, As it can provide cross -language, cross-platform, cross-operating system function. SCA atchitecture greatly enhanced the scalability of the platform,as well as reduce the costs of the system's maintenance This system uses multi-layer structure design , build Web applications using the SCA system structure, this system can be divided into: presentation layer, control layer, business logic layer, access layer and data layer[1]. In this layers: presentation layer mainly provide the interface of this system,which enable users can easily use the system;control layer mainly responsible for the collection and conversion and call appropriate service;business logic layer mainly take charge of the systematic implementation of business logic functions;access layer provides the interaction of logic layer and underlying data;data layer is used to complete the data management;this system architecture can meet the demand of system'sperformance,scalability,security,accessibility,reuse and maintainability. The system consists of three modules: customer service management module, staff management module and personal management module. Customer management module is to achieve the customer's activity tracking, customer care and so on; staff management module realized the function to add employee's information , delete employee's information and other functions; personal management module realized the function to modify the password and modify the personal information . Service management module realized the function to manage the customer,manger use this module to manage their employee.personal management module mainly used by user to modify ourself's information. This module use the five layers architecture based on JAVA SCA WEB application : Presentation layer using JSP page to implementation; control layer using Servlet to control; business logic using Java SCA component technology; access layer using JDBC to achieve; data layer using small and medium sized database MySQL. we use a software engineering waterfall model to preparation,which including needs analysis, outline design, database design, detailed design, coding, testing and maintenance.In this thesis, first designed the entire system, and then carefully designed the subsystem named"customer system". This thesis is ofganized:first ,describes the background and significance of the development issues, development environment and technical description, then,requirements analysis,.at last,design and implementation the system. finally sums up the design process over the graduate study carried out on the future outlook.
