ACMS (Aircraft Condition Monitoring System) is an advanced airborne data acquisition and processing system which is installed in the aircraft. The raw data collected by ACMS (Aircraft Condition Monitoring System) is sent to the receiving station installed on the ground through the VHF air-ground data link. Eventually, the raw data sent to the receiving terminal of the airline. The raw data can also be record by QAR (Quick Access Recorder). At the end of the flight it is provided for the airline. ACMS system through the analysis of flight data can accurately detect possible problems and predict inherent risk. Also the ACMS system can select targets and implement effective state control of the aircraft. More than that, the ACMS system can analyse the data processing and security technology to take measures. The ACMS system can solve the problems in the cradle, which will greatly enhance flight safety and ensure the safe operation of the airline.This dissertation briefly describes the flight data records and application status. It is a brief introduction about digital flight data recorder (DFDR) which is mainly used for accident analysis. Also it briefly describes the advanced equipment of ACMS (Aircraft Condition Monitoring System). Based on the monitoring of the domestic airline in the research status and domestic airlines currently problems in this area, the requirements of the flight control system are clarified. More than that, two of its major subsystems QAR (Quick Access Recorder) and ACARS (aircraft communications addressing and reporting system) has been studied and improved.This dissertation describes the QAR system, its flight data decoding and analysis application system. For existing QAR decoding system, we re-design the decoding system software flow chart. We clarify the system structure and the module's main function. Also we edit the new code of each module and the decoder implementation has been studied and improved. This dissertation discusses the composition and working principle of ACARS. We study and analyze the design of ACARS system. We focus on the design of the ACARS message processing system and processing system workflow analysis. We describe the system to recognize and interpret the message the message some of the ideas. Based on this research, the state according to the aircraft flight data monitoring and application status in the airlines, we propose to build decoding and management platform and flight data query system. we have done a preliminary study for decoding and management platform and given the decoding and management platform to build programs or to achieve the function. Considering the flight control system for the overall structure of the query design, we set out the key technologies and system solutions to achieve the flight information monitors and import, query, statistics, sharing and other functions. We improve the airline's safety management and operation level through the efficient management of flight data and analysis. This improved design of the high system availability and scalability can effectively solve the lack of monitoring capacity after the airlines'expand. More than that, we made practical solutions and application demonstrations for the airlines to resolve similar problems of the flight control.
